The house
This is the middle section of five hundred year old Tuscan farmhouse which has been divided into three houses and carefully restored over the last year. The house has traditional tuscan 'cotto' tiled floors throughout, and original wood and tile ceilings.

The ground floor consists of a large kitchen with dining table to seat 6, a large sitting room with two sofas - one of which is a double sofa bed, an entrance hall area for storage, and a downstairs shower room.

Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms - one with bath/shower, and one shower. Both bedrooms have fantastic views, and one has its own private 'loggia' (balcony area) with external staircase, the loggia has a table and chairs to seat 4 people for early morning breakfasts in the sunshine.

All modern amenities are available - including washing machine and dishwasher, and towels and sheets are provided.

The property has its own private patio and garden, which leads down to a sundeck area and 10 x 5 metre pool which is shared between the 3 houses
